The Role Requires You To:

Work cross-functionally to help communicate with journalists and other thought leaders; devise specific communications materials and campaigns; engage in face-to-face meetings with commentators and other opinion formers; and develop print and web-based material supporting these campaigns. We're looking for great communicators who can understand complex issues and explain them in person and also via well written, simple blog posts, FAQs, video scripts and more.

What you are responsible for

• Work in partnership with our Communications teams to identify individuals driving our products and company initiatives to tell compelling stories about how we are developing helpful products for our users. Advise on story development through consultations on speakers, platforms, and strategies.
• Identify storytelling opportunities that highlight core Alfa Xprienz narratives around helpfulness and responsibility.
• Produce events by securing storytelling elements, including multimedia assets and speakers.
• Measure the impact of our efforts across different platforms by analyzing feedback and tracking quarterly progress.
• Partner with agencies to project manage multiple initiatives and campaigns, coordinate teams, and identify storytelling opportunities.
  

What We Require:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in storytelling, developing stories, or relevant communications experience.Effective team player with the ability to lead efforts across disciplines.
• Clear and creative writing skills, ability to utilize presentation software and draft email copy.
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good acumen in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Ability to solicit feedback and incorporate it quickly while meeting deadlines.
• Project management, budget management, facilitation, interpersonal, multi-media production, and organizational skills.
