The Role Requires You To:

Lead a team of Business Strategy Analysts focused on user safety, quality and policy strategy for advertisers and publishers for our online Alfa Xprienz Advertising while delivering great customer experiences. This role requires building cross-group relationships with the Global at Alfa Xprienz to deliver on a strategic vision for quality that drives consistent and engaging support experiences, creates quality solutions and platform capability for scale as effectively and efficiently as possible. The role works collaboratively with internal and external partners to support new opportunities through direct engagement and consults, drives clarity across the organisation on our ecosystem needs and expectations, resolves high visibility escalations and influences improvements in quality monitoring and enforcement. This includes trends and insights to inform policy evolution, process frameworks that set and exceed customer expectations and platform capabilities with scale in mind in partnership with engineering. What We Require:

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• 3+ years project, program and/or online digital media policy expertise.
• Ability to self-direct and work independently, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed commitments/objectives and take ownership of complex problems.
• Ability to facilitate a virtual team composted of key stakeholders across the enterprise; manage projects, meetings and facilitate groups to a decision; track record of demonstrating thought leadership and strategic thinking; ability to influence others, drive others to set and attain goals and develop complex relationships through trust.
• Exceptional conceptual and analytical thinking; ability to understand key trends and levers that drive the business and translate strategic and technical concepts into business standards.
• Proven capacity to maneuver within complex global organizations and manage through ambiguity.
• Comfort with taking on multiple roles, pushing your competencies and growing to meet the needs of the team and business.
• Passion for developing others and being vested in their success.
• Passion for quality customer and end-user experiences.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with a track record of success in dealing effectively with complex projects entailing frequent interaction with stakeholders at various levels.
• World-class written/verbal communication and presentations skills and the ability to verbally defend and advocate for policy strategy decisions. Excellent listening and problem disaggregation skills. Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex insights to focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities. Data driven, detail oriented and thorough.
• Strong ability to learn through self-study and assimilate information quickly and accurately.
