The Role Requires You To:

Partner with our Delivery organizations to understand, monitor and provide recommendation to optimize our delivery strategies. You will map the implication of our resource allocation on how we deliver our commitment to our customers and the Cost implications they have, exploring opportunities to optimize the structure.

What you are responsible for

• Develop framework on resource allocation/management across different delivery channels, understanding cost implications of the different models
• Integration of Delivery insights and metrics and its connections with Cost Structures, including monitoring Backlog, resource utilization, among others.
• Develop financial models to support business cases that help improve our cost modeling alternative and option, in way that accelerate consumption of our key customers.
• Integrates varied data sources and assimilates the information into a comprehensive, clear narrative.
• Communicates results in a compelling and understandable message. Articulates understanding and awareness of business partner situation.
• Partner with our Delivery teams to provide recommendations on how to improve our overall cost models
• Partner with delivery leaders to provide financial perspective on financial processes in relation to our delivery metrics.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies. Collaborates with Compliance groups to ensure team is current on company policies and procedures.

What We Require:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data
• Science or related field AND 6+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting,
• controllership or Finance work experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
• OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance
• roles.
• 1+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
• 1+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountant
• (ACCA) or equivalent certification
