The Role Requires You To:

Help define and optimize the customer journey for our consumer customers. You will be responsible for delivering compelling experiences and content to customers to deepen their relationship with Alfa Xprienz and providing incremental lifetime value at every touchpoint. This includes designing impactful customer journeys, delivering personalized cross-channel communications, finding new ways to engage customers in digital channels, and identifying rich customer insights that can impact decision-making

What you are responsible for

  • Own and manage customer engagement across tens of millions of Alfa Xpriez customers and throughout the customer lifecycle (adoption, onboarding, usage, upgrades, retention, reactivation, etc.)
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to develop the overall strategy, goals, and key metrics. Have accountability and report results and experimentation insights in broad cross-functional forums.
  • Work together with our operations and analytics teams to develop, launch, assess performance of, and iterate on digital experiments in owned & operated channels, to develop durable, automated engagement marketing campaigns that address customers at various stages of their lifecycle.
  • Work together with our Analytics team and the Data Science team to define success metrics; measure and report on the impact of our work; and develop models or analyses needed to power our work.
  • Work with designers to develop our digital marketing assets to support your initiatives, ensuring a high quality bar in creative and messaging.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Legal (CELA), Privacy, and other functions to ensure that we are developing experiences and campaigns that meet privacy, legal, policy, and customer experience standards and requirements.
  • Live and breathe the customer experience, gaining a deep understanding of the product – as well as the competitive landscape – to inform how we shape our customer journeys and communications.

What We Require:

  • Curious, strategic, detail-oriented, creative
  • Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in relationship marketing, product marketing, product management or marketing communications
  • Passion for creating top-notch customer experiences; Energized by numbers, analysis & metrics.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing programs and executing experiments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and experience presenting strategic plans and business results to senior leaders
  • A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our customer and our business
