The Role Requires You To:

lead our pipeline effort and will be recruiting core and common engineering talent across the organization. You will be focused on driving delivery of the right candidate to the right team at the right time. As the search for talent becomes more competitive, our ability to help deliver great talent to our business more efficiently becomes more and more important.

What We Require:

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR 4+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of formal or informal leadership/managerial experience
