The Role Requires You To:

Work with New Partnership’s leadership team to develop partnership strategies, build and align operating priorities, and drive global execution. We are critical thinkers, influencers, and leaders with expertise in simplifying complexity and managing scaled programs at pace.You are an outstanding Strategy and Operations practitioner who will partner with NP’s team to help set strategy. You will work closely with the NP leadership team to develop partnership strategies for our products and programs with the news industry.

What you are responsible for

• Provide day-to-day strategy and operations support to the NP leaders and their teams across multiple product areas.
• Deliver thought leadership and strategic guidance on specific topics (e.g. partnership strategy, go-to-market strategy, negotiation strategy) and collaborate with the broader NP team and other Product and Program Leads on news efforts.
• Create clear, simple, and persuasive narratives to inform and influence senior-level executives.
• Drive operational excellence to support execution of the highest priority partnership goals, including but not limited to project prioritization, resource planning and allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Build consensus and alignment across region and global teams, as well as critical cross-functional stakeholders in other teams (e.g. Policy, Communications, Marketing).

What We Require:

• 9 years of experience including management consulting, corporate strategy, global business operations, chief of staff or equivalent.
• Experience building and executing processes that support launching products, managing sales pipelines, and building/managing new organizations.
• Experience in analytics (strategic thinking, data analysis, forecasting, research), problem solving and quantitative modeling.
• Master's degree in a Business-related field.
• Experience in the technology industry.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with sales, partnerships and/or business development organizations.
• Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
