What We Require:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience as a professional user experience designer
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting digital interfaces
- Experience using UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer, etc.

What We Require:
- 9 years of experience including management consulting, corporate strategy, global business operations, chief of staff or equivalent.
- Experience building and executing processes that support launching products, managing sales pipelines, and building/managing new organizations.
- Experience in analytics (strategic thinking, data analysis, forecasting, research), problem solving and quantitative modeling.
