What We Require:
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR 4+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of formal or informal leadership/managerial experience
University Recruiter

What We Require:
- BS / BA degree or equivalent is required.
- 5+ years’ experience in university recruiting or experienced hiring; account or program management experience is a plus.
- Experience in creating candidate pipelines with a proven track record of hiring success.
- Experience in delivering results through influencing indirect working groups with effective problem solving and analytical skills.
